• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

2. Include your order number, purchase details, and reason for return in your request.
3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
4. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, KELVARINOTH will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
